Type Codes

WBAR has two drop down lists to help you identify the types of accounts you have in your system. The "Type" field identifies the meter's primary use (or purpose) and the "Structure" field identifies the building or facility served. Both fields are optional and only exist to help you group accounts into categories for reporting usage. For example, you can generate a report that shows all of the accounts that have been coded as Type C (commercial).

You may create your own definitions for these codes, however, their usual definitions are :

C    Commercial

A    Agriculture (Farm Use)

I      Industrial

R    Residential

L    Lots or Land (Vacant property)

U   Utility (Parks or other public use)

O   Other
