Rate Calculator

The rate calculator is a tool you can use to quickly calculate charges based on the rate tables in your system. The calculator lets you enter a usage amount and then calculates the charges based on the rate tables you select. The rate calculator can be accessed by clicking Billing, Rate Calculator or by clicking on the Rate Calculator button on the Usage tab of the View/Edit customer form.

When you change either the Usage or the Rate Table indicators, the calculator instantly calculates the charges based on the increments and charge amounts contained in the rate tables.
