Ordering Forms from Tri C

Forms used with WBAR can be ordered and shipped directly to your location .  Form prices will vary according to the number of forms ordered, custom printing options, and delivery method.

Whether you choose to use plain paper, postcards, continuous, or cut sheet forms will depend on your type of printer and volume of billing your district does.

Continuous card stock forms in pre-printed format are available from Tri C. Click here for a sample of the continuous card stock form used with most types of dot matrix printers.

Laser card stock forms in both plain and pre-printed formats are available from Tri C. Click here for a sample of the 4 per page post card form used with most types of laser printers and ink jet printers.
