Final Notices


WBAR can send a final notice to your customer as a custom billing statement. You can also set WBAR to print a reminder notice on the same billing form you use to print bills.

To create a final notice you can mail, click on Reports, Final Notices, Create/Mail to Customer. This form will appear. The boxes on the left let you type in a text message that will appear at the top and the bottom of the Final Notice statement. These messages are stored but can be changed at any time.

On the right of the form are some options for determining the list of accounts that will receive a final notice. You may filter the list by balance due and account status. Enter a dollar amount if you wish to limit the final notice creation to accounts that owe over a certain amount. Hold down the CTRL key and click on the status letters if you wish to have the list limited to only accounts with those statuses. WBAR will create a final notice for all statuses if you leave them unmarked. Enter the date you want shown as the final cutoff date and then click on the OK button.

After clicking the OK button, WBAR examines the accounts and displays a list that matches your options. Each account is marked to receive a final notice statement. If you want to remove an account from the list, remove the checkmark to the left of the account number.  If you remove the Select All checkmark, all of the accounts will be unmarked. You can then check only the accounts you want. When you have selected, click on the View /Print button and WBAR will display the Final Notice forms.
