Batch Reports
Sometimes, you may find it useful to run several reports one after another without having to call up each report individually. For example, you may run the Counts and Totals report followed by an Income Summary report.
WBAR has a way to select the reports you want to run as a set (or batch). Some districts use this feature to print out selected end of the month reports.
To run batch reports, click on Reports, Batch Reports, and then check the report titles you want included. If you want the reports to go directly to the printer without previewing them, click on the Print without Previewing radio button. If you want to save your selections so that you can print out the same reports next time, click on the Save These Choices checkbox. Click on the Run Reports button and the reports will be called up on after another.
